Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Fulfillment Some products in our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers on our behalf. This allows us to offer a wider range of products, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on the supplier's location and availability. All orders are still managed and supported by ATC Health and Wellness Products.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–14 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout (where available)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
Note: Dropshipped items may have longer delivery windows due to international fulfillment. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.
Lost or Missing Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue through a reship or refund.
